Your American Traveller luggage is protected by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in key components, including the handle, wheels, trolley system, and zipper.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase. They will guide you through the process.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my luggage?

No, the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It only covers manufacturing defects in the specified components.

 

Can I extend my warranty?

Currently, we do not offer an option to extend the standard 2-year warranty.
