How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over £150 in the UK. For orders under this amount, standard delivery charges will apply.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order after it's been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible, as we process orders quickly. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

I entered in the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

If you've entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your delivery details if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in essential components such as the handle, wheels, trolley system, and zipper.
